Every project at Compeers has a senior researcher running it from kickoff through delivery. They make the methodology calls, review every output, and own the final deliverable.
AI handles the parts that benefit from speed and scale, like transcription, coding, analysis prep, and report assembly. The judgment calls stay with the researcher, where they belong.
The five stages of a project
STAGE 01
Kickoff
You share the business question, prior research, and the decision your team needs to inform. We confirm methodology, sample, and timing before any data is collected.
STAGE 02
Design
We draft the discussion guide or questionnaire and walk you through the logic. You approve the instrument before fielding starts.
STAGE 03
Fieldwork
We handle programming, sample sourcing, fielding, and quality checks. You see progress as data comes in, not just at the end.
STAGE 04
Analysis
AI prepares the data, codes the open ends, and surfaces the patterns. The researcher interprets, validates, and writes the findings.
STAGE 05
Delivery
You get the final report, supporting tables, and a record of the work. We present to your team or stakeholders if you want us in the room.

Questions teams ask before signing on

AI handles operational work like transcription, coding, statistical processing, and chart generation. Interpretation and recommendations stay with the researcher.
We can work with your existing sample provider, panel, or survey platform. We bring our own when you need it, and we do not require you to switch tools.
Compeers is SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Data stays yours, and documentation is available on request before any work begins.
Yes. Most teams start with one study, often something already on their roadmap, and we scope, run, and deliver it end to end before any longer-term conversation.
MemberStack charges a flat transaction fee of 10% on the Startup plan and 3% on the Pro plan, and 1% on the Scale plan. Stripe charges an additional credit card processing fee that depends on a few different factors. See Stripe's pricing for more details.
We’re working on a content management system that would make it possible to store anything securely on any website. Although, it’ll be a few months before something like this is ready (01/2019). Until then, MemberStack protects pages and content on those pages using redirects. They can't be "turned off" from a browser, but there are ways to access the HTML of a page if you know what you're looking for, and what you're doing. Therefor, we don't recommend using MemberStack to protect highly sensitive information.
Pre-revenue companies, students, and other folks who can't (yet) afford the $25/mo fee. We've been there, so we're happy to work with you.

Stripe! A stripe account is required to use MemberStack and receive payouts. Money you earn will be transferred directly into your bank account.
We sure do! Test MemberStack for as long as you need without entering your credit card. While you're in a free trial you're unable to invite more than 1 client or staff, connect a stripe account, and allow more than 5 users to sign up for a free membership.
We do not offer any discounts for students or nonprofits at this time. However, We do offer a 10% recurring discount to any websites that include our logo and link on sign up and login pages. You're also welcome to apply to our Startup program if you're unable to afford the $25/mo plan.
